Windows 10 Ending Support October 2025

Computer companies can’t update and support computers forever.   If you have a Windows XP computer, you can’t call Microsoft for any help after April 2014.

Microsoft recently announced that Windows 10 won’t get security updates after October 2025.  This means you won’t get security updates from Microsoft, and you can’t call them for help.  You can of course always call ONSITE to fix these computers, but we can’t help with security updates.  Heck, we still help customers with Windows XP!

  1. If computers are over 6 years old, you likely can’t get windows 11.  We “might” be able to use your old hard drive, if it’s a high-speed drive and fairly new, in the new computer.  That would save you about $80 one of our new or refurbished computers.
  2. We have refurbished Windows 11 desktops with 1-year warranty and lifetime hardware monitoring  from $400 and laptops from $600.   And we will take $100 off any of those when you do the Total Transfer.
  3. Unlike other companies, we can move the programs, settings, toolbars, printers, passwords, wi-fi passwords, shortcuts and more.   NO OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS!   Here’s an explanatory video of that process when I was 15 pounds thinner:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zj-NLW-9nmE&t=8s    CLICK HERE to download a sheet that you eventually need to print and fill in (as much as you can) so we know what needs to be transferred.   The left column is more important than the right column, especially the password for www.office.com so we can reinstall your Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel.
  4. So, come on by and pick a new or refurbished out whenever you’d like.  No need for an appointment.  We are open 9 to 6 weekdays.
  5. We custom build high-end desktops too.  Or, you can buy one from Microcenter.  Whatever you want, but you will need new computers by 2025.

The transition to Windows 11 isn’t that big of learning curve.  90% of it is the bottom menu has moved to the middle of the screen, and they moved your settings around a little.
