Our Managed Care plans also come with valuable discounts and perks, designed to make your life easier and benefit your budget. If you want to maximize your computer’s performance and become an Onsite “Priority VIP,” one of our Managed Care plans is an excellent choice for you.
The Free “Budget” plan keeps tabs on essential computer functions, although it does not include preventive maintenance, updates, tune ups, and memberships. It monitors the status of computer functions and notifies both you and us if any issues arise. This plan is crafted to fit your financial needs while providing peace of mind, knowing we’re keeping an eye out for potential “hardware” problems before they escalate into major headaches.
Our “Complete Care” Program is another level which are typically used with our business customers and some customers who use us as their “Fractional Computer Company”. We have a set fee every month which includes antivirus, monitoring, 1-4 hours of tech support on-site, and with your permission, we also hold on to many of your passwords for email, wi-fi, networking, Office, in a secure location to make sure we have them when you need our help. We designed multiple different checks to monitor if your hard drive might be going bad. That way, we can help minimize the chance that you are blindsided by a drive crash — saving you time, frustration, and possibly total data loss!
LOW DISK SPACE
A full hard drive can cause serious problems for your computer, including an operating system corruption, bad drive or full drive.
FIREWALL STATUS
We watch to make sure your internal firewall is enabled — which is typically never turned off. However, this could have been disabled by cyber attacks and hackers
CPU USAGE MONITOR
The CPU (aka processor or brain) is a key hardware component of any computer. If it is being over-used it could mean infection, memory issues, or a host of other issues.
FRAGMENTED DRIVE CHECKS
Fragmentation refers to how efficiently a hard drive organizes information. If your drive is fragmented it could mean the drive is starting to fail.
MEMORY USAGE MONITOR
Similar to our CPU monitor, this check watches for unusually high usage of your memory. That could mean infections or other serious issues.
WINDOWS UPDATE PATCHING
Making sure you have available security and system updates is key to your computer well-being. We check for, download, and install important Microsoft updates that you need for your Windows PC.
3RD PARTY PATCHING
Many 3rd party programs (like Chrome, Adobe and Java) are widely used. We check for, download, and install updates to many major 3rd party programs so they stay secure and working properly.
JUNK CLEANING/REGISTRY FIXES
We perform an automatic remote mini tuneup of your computer on a regular basis. This helps it run optimally and avoid getting bogged down with unnecessary junk.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Having someone to call or email with questions as needed can help avoid a lot of frustration. We provide our Managed Care members with a “concierge line,” where they can connect with someone to answer questions and get help coordinating the right resolution to their problem.
CHECKS IF ACCOUNTS WERE HACKED
We enroll you in a service that monitors if your account information shows up on publicized lists of hacked accounts. Data breaches happen all the time, and this service can help you be aware of what accounts, if any, have been compromised and what to do if they are.

No one wants to wait when their computer needs fixing. We typically have about 15 computers in for repair at all times. With this feature of Managed Care, you go to the front of the line anytime your computer is in our shop for repair.

USPS and UPS PACKAGE DROP OFF
Thwart the porch pirates! If you have a package being delivered, feel free to send it to ONSITE’S address where we are open 8-6pm weekdays and 10-4 on Saturday. Use 6446 E. Hampden Ave, Suite 250, Denver, CO 80222. We will safely hold it for you until you can pick it up. Email us if you are planning on this so we can expect the package. Be sure to bring your ID to pick it up.
